My Soul Painting
In a recent visit to Florida I met a client, Robert Planet, who was struggling to find his direction forward. During his session with me, each time we made a connection with his soul I saw a beautiful panting in his energy field. I told him the painting looked like a picture of a thousand faces.
He looked at me funny and went to get his briefcase. He pulled out a picture of a painting. At this time I didn’t know he painted. The painting was of a face, but hidden within it were a thousand other faces.
Each face represented a soul waiting to be united with its human expression. His soul told him he was to paint people’s soul pictures. So the next day he called me to tell me he had painted a picture of my soul. When I saw it I wept with joy and awe. It represented who I have always known myself to be.
I hung the picture on the wall behind my bed. It feels so good to have the soul who is my partner looking within me into life.
Robert is French and speaks very little English. In his broken English he told me, “I am not a painter [he has no formal training], but when I put a paint brush in my hand and stand in front of a blank canvas I become the free expression of the spirit. These paintings are God’s creation.”
